As the Chief Executive Officer at the Emily Krzyzewski Center, Adam partnered with Duke Men’s Basketball Coach Mike Krzyzewski for 19 years to lead a 501(c)(3) organization from newly founded in 2006 to a high impact, operationally mature nonprofit with an annual budget of $4M+ in 2025.

In 2025, I began to consult individuals and their support teams to higher impact and more fulfilling philanthropic participation, guiding clients through the key strategic decision points associated with charitable giving and 501(c)(3) structures.

I advise philanthropists who have private foundations or Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and I specialize in coaching high profile clients in the sports and entertainment space on philanthropic strategy, leveraging the expertise of the client team throughout to ensure a fully integrated approach in planning and execution.
