Adam Eigenrauch brings a practitioner-based perspective to his advisory work, focusing on the recurring strategic considerations that shape founder-led and legacy organizations across sports & entertainment and family philanthropy.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Emily Krzyzewski Center, partnering with Duke Men's Basketball Coach Mike Krzyzewski for 19 years to lead a 501(c)(3) organization from its founding in 2006 to a nonprofit with an annual budget of more than $4 million in 2025.

Adam works alongside philanthropic leaders and families as they navigate complex decisions related to organizational direction, founder participation, revenue strategy, and long-term sustainability. His practice is grounded in firsthand experience and ongoing engagement with the field.

He leads practitioner convenings, speaks and writes to advance understanding of the strategic dynamics in founder-led and legacy organizations, and helps leaders translate those insights into stronger long-term strategy and execution.
