He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Emily Krzyzewski Center, partnering with Duke Men's Basketball Coach Mike Krzyzewski for 19 years to lead a 501(c)(3) organization from its founding in 2006 to a nonprofit with an annual budget of more than $4 million in 2025.
Adam works alongside philanthropic leaders and families as they navigate complex decisions related to organizational direction, founder participation, revenue strategy, and long-term sustainability. His practice is grounded in firsthand experience and ongoing engagement with the field.
